Made of stainless steel as the basic specification, available in various shapes and sizes, suitable models can be selected according to the application.
Standard and wide width types
There are two types of slider width shapes, namely standard type and wide type suitable for single row use of slide rails.
Slide length
Stainless steel ball fixed type is available in three types: short type, standard type, and high rigidity extended type with the same cross-sectional size but different slider lengths, which can be selected appropriately according to the application.
Stainless steel and carbon steel
Stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance is most suitable for machinery and devices used in clean rooms, such as medical equipment, various disk reading devices, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Carbon steel that can be used for additional processing of sliding rails has been applied to general purposes such as handling and processing equipment.
Ball fixation
The slider is equipped with a steel ball holder, so even if the slider is removed from the slide rail, the steel ball will not fall off, making it easy to operate.
Sliding rail with internal threads
The slide rail has standard specifications for downward installation with bolts inserted into through holes, as well as specifications for slide rails with internal threads machined on the slide rail.
